Damaged Deliveries

Every Robelo Studio piece is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us at info@robelostudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the item, and images of the original packaging.

Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved. We will review the claim and coordinate an appropriate resolution.
